• conversation transcripts and AI-generated summaries from your interactions with Ellie (our AI chatbot); and
• usage and engagement data, including session timestamps and frequency of use.

Your conversations with Ellie may also involve you voluntarily sharing health information, mental health information, or information about your workplace experiences. You have sole choice as to what you share with Ellie. When using our Services, you agree that:

• you have sole choice whether or not to use the platform;
• the platform utilises a closed system large language model (LLM) hosted by Elevenlabs and OpenAI;
• your health information that you enter into the platform will be shared by us with Elevenlabs and OpenAI for the purpose of providing you with general mental health wellbeing guidance. This guidance will not be made available in any publicly accessible data site;
• Elevenlabs and OpenAI will treat your health information according to its privacy policy;
• the analysis produced by Ellie will not be used to train the artificial intelligence in the LLM or to train or improve the LLM hosted by Elevenlabs and OpenAI and
• the platform does not provide medical recommendation or advice. The services are not intended to diagnose, treat, or prevent any disease or medical condition, or to replace professional medical or psychological advice. If you are experiencing a medical or mental health emergency, please contact emergency services or a qualified healthcare professional immediately.

Elevenlabs and OpenAI may store, transfer or access personal information outside of Australia.
